Project overview:

Jinan Water Supply Co., Ltd. has 47 water plants, water sources and pressure stations, over 1300km water transmission trunk pipes, daily design water supply capacity of 1,570,000m3, water supply service area of 170km2, water supply population of 1.7 million and water supply popularizing rate of 100%. The project was built in 2001. The whole dispatching system, composed of 1 master control center stations, 22 pipe network measuring pressure terminal stations, 22 water plants and pressure stations and 2 measurement and control stations of storage reservoirs diverting water from the Yellow River, completes the remote monitoring of the pressure, flow, water level, water quality, power consumption and other parameters of the pipeline network, water plants, pressure stations and storage reservoirs and assists the dispatching personnel for effective dispatching. The water supply dispatching system is first constructed according to the Application Guide of Urban Water Supply Computer Aided Dispatching System promulgated by the Ministry of Construction and a part of "digital" city in construction obtaining the second price of scientific and technological progress in Shandong.
